30-day returns

Changed your mind? Return any product within 30 days of delivery and we refund the price you paid for it.

How to return

  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions (usually within one working day).
  3. Send the items back unused, with their accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.
  4. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or your proof of sending, whichever comes first).

Return shipping

If you return something because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, return shipping is on us.

Offers and free items

Items you received free with an offer (for example "Buy 2, get 1 free" or a free wireless charging dock) belong with the order. If you return part of an offer order so that it no longer qualifies, please also return the free item(s), or we deduct their regular price from your refund.

Faulty products and warranty

Every Technikal product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If it stops working through normal use, we repair it, replace it or refund you, and we cover the shipping. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, liquid damage or normal battery wear. To claim, contact us with your order number and a short description, photo or video of the problem.

Your legal rights (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and the legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract. Our 30-day return window and 2-year warranty come on top of these rights and never limit them. If you withdraw from your whole order within 14 days, we also refund any shipping protection you paid for.

Condition of returns

You may try a product the way you would in a shop. If an item comes back damaged through misuse or without its accessories, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
