Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Dispatch

Orders ship from our own warehouse within 24 hours, every day of the week. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 5–8 working days to all countries above. Busy periods (for example Black Friday and December) can add a few days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

No extra fees on delivery

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. We take care of import duties and taxes, so you pay nothing extra when your parcel arrives.

Lost or damaged parcels

Until your parcel is delivered, it travels at our risk. If it gets lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we reship or refund, free of charge.

Shipping protection (optional)

At checkout you can add shipping protection for €2.99. It adds cover after delivery: if your parcel is stolen after the tracking shows it as delivered, we send a free replacement. It also gives your claim priority handling. It is optional and never needed for loss or damage before delivery, which is always covered.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update it until your order has been dispatched.
